About Allysia
From the boardroom to the classroom
I'm Allysia Ling. For more than 30 years I worked in finance across banking and multinational corporations, in accounting, business partnering, business performance, leadership and organisational transformation.
Those years taught me that numbers rarely tell the whole story. The teams that grew were the ones where people understood themselves, communicated well and had the confidence to act on what they knew.
Today I use that experience to help adults, professionals, students and young learners build practical skills, develop confidence, understand themselves and grow. I'm a lifelong learner myself, and I believe everyone has more potential than they realise.
